Intro to Qigong- Level I

Greetings to you Divine being,

You are invited to join me every each Saturday at 11 am. I will be conducting a level I qigong class demonstrating a full qigong routine, introducing a mixture qigong styles as a form of energy cultivation and moving meditation. This is a beginner class, all are welcomed to join.
